Make More Margin is a new retail support business founded by Ken Simpson who has spent over 30 years working in the retail sector. Former Audit Manager for Somerfield, Ken has spent the last 4 years working for Post Office Ltd at their London headquarters, developing the relationships with symbol, independent and multiple retailers as well as many of the major trade associations representing this growing retail sector. In his extensive career Ken has managed stores for many of the famous names in retail. Whilst at Post Office Ken used his skills and experience to help Subpostmasters improve and develop their retail offer. This culminated in one of the Post Office / stores that Ken was working with, being voted ‘runner up’ in the ACS Store Challenge 2010. Following on from this, Ken has just completed a term as a member of the judging panel for ‘The Retail Industry Awards’ 2011.
