Pete Cheema, Chief Executive, SGF

From a financial services background and also successful retailer, Pete has been on the National Executive of SGF for 17 years and is a former President of the Federation. He has an unrivaled experience of the convenience store industry and SGF.

Jim Amabile, Managing Director, PGMA (Scotland) Ltd

Jim manages PGMA (Scotland) Ltd, the buying group under the SGF umbrella. Using his 42 years experience gained in buying, sales and administration posts within the grocery trade, Jim runs a small team of PGMA staff, dedicated to providing the correct buying and distribution opportunities for convenience retail stores. Jim joined SGF in 2000.

Pauline Mullen, Officer Manager

As well as managing the office Pauline is PA to Pete Cheema. Pauline organises SGF events including the Annual Conference and handles day to day issues at Federation House. Pauline has worked at SGF for a number of years.

John Lee, Head of Policy and Public Affairs 

John has over 10 years of experience leading on work with the Scottish Government, the Scottish Parliament and other key policy and decision makers. He also leads on SGF's external communications and media relations work.
