John Drummond, Chief Executive, SGF
John joined SGF over five years ago. He has an in-depth knowledge of the convenience store industry and the issues affecting local shops. John has worked and campaigned to raise the profile of SGF within the Scottish Government and Scottish Parliament, ensuring we are the first point of contact on issues relating to small shops.
Jim Amabile, Managing Director, PGMA (Scotland) Ltd
Jim manages PGMA (Scotland) Ltd, the buying group under the SGF umbrella. Using his 42 years experience gained in buying, sales and administration posts within the grocery trade, Jim runs a small team of PGMA staff, dedicated to providing the correct buying and distribution opportunities for convenience retail stores. Jim joined SGF in 2000.
David Martin, Public Affairs Adviser, SGF
A post-graduate of the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin, and a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, David has spent the last three years working as a policy researcher at the Scottish Parliament. David has a firm grasp on the political and policy environment in which SGF operates and is passionate about working with policy makers to secure the interests of the convenience store sector.
Pauline Mullen, Officer Manager
As well as managing the office Pauline is PA to John. Pauline organises SGF events including the Annual Conference and handles day to day issues at Federation House. Pauline has worked at SGF for a number of years.
